Once each month, I force myself to spend about 30 minutes updating spending categories on Mint.com. It isn’t a horrible job, but after today’s session I have a phone call to make tomorrow. It appears that one of my monthly auto billers may have over-billed me.
If anything, this catch confirms that checking in on accounts is always a good idea to make sure the charges are correct and that you’re not losing money. Even errors add up!
